How Will These Points be Investigated?
The need for the product;
A personal need already exists. A number of teachers/student teachers have expressed a need for a resource for teaching digital media.
Will it function as planned?
Usability testing will be carried out by me, and other teachers/student teachers/ students as are available and have an interest in digital media.
What materials, processes and resources are needed?
A range of software designed to create web sites. Access to web hosting services. I intend to start with the most basic lessons, and work up though increasing degrees of difficulty and technical competence.
Costs;
The software is already owned, and the web hosting service already commissioned. It may become necessary to find further web hosting services. A survey of available web space vendors will be conducted to find the most cost effective solution.
