The first section of the WebSchool project, Getting Started, required the least amount of research into the technical requirements, but needed the most thought as to how to implement it. I decided to use a very restricted set of HTML elements (text, pictures, hyperlinks,) to explain the main aspects of the structure of HTML. This approach is based on my own experience teaching this topic to Yr 7 + 8 D&T classes, and also on my observation of online web design sites.
